Hello,I'm 17 years old,I weight 55kg I'm 5.2 inches..I workout everyday..I jog for 5 mins then 300 reverse crunches and 200 sit ups and 100 of the love handles exercise..I do the one using dumbles..but its more then a month that my love handles are not reducing..I use dumbell of 3kg I started off with 1 kg at the beginning and I extend the dumbell till my knees..what shall I do to lose them?..I increased the weights but it didnot help much..Please help me!

if your trying to say that doing ab exersizes loses body fat on your abdominal area you are totally wrong. all this will do is create more muscle. there is NO such thing as spot fat removal! even when you run your body decides which part of the body your fat comes off of.
@eltotoloco69 yea but if ur in his workout club he sends u mails everyday on watu should do and its really gd and if ui do sum cardio lyk 10 mins with 30 secs as fast as u can then 1 min slow to recover after u do it go straight to this excersize it will burn fat

@Pokemonguy16RS Nope, this is a workout to build your side ups and get a strong core in the same way you will build your ram or any other muscles. So even if you don't have fat there you can still make it part of your workout program

@mankindkn Side bends ( The first exercise ) might do this but what I do is only train my side abs once per week instead of twice like I do with my lower and upper abs and I would only do side bend every other workout. Side bends is very good for a strong over core though!
