  • wow they REALY like that samich

  • sitting at fernwood market at the beginning

  • So is that Peter Eubank and Dustin Hampton?

  • when you say 35mm does that mean that the focal length is 35mm or that the lens is formatted for a 35mm camera?

  • haha so cheezy. great riding though

  • where is this. i live in so cal, and its friggen hard to find places like this

  • yea 6.6(?) km of twisty one way downhill is hard to find any where.

  • @conartist56 Probably in the Los Angles Forest somewhere.

  • Haha, did you guys actually barf, or were you just putting on a show? Dumb question I know.

  • I love this vid, haha. Pete and Dustin rock!

  • THE ENDING WAS QUITE UNPLEASENT...

  • Smote body please throw some stone on to this sick bastard

  • great vid!

  • aawesome...wuts a 35mm adapter?

  • Its a thingy that makes the videos look cooler. but u need alota sun for it to work well. And it cost tens of thousands of US$ but steve greggs made one himself for mere hundreds :]

  • mmm... you can buy them at a bunch of places online for a few hundred bucks. it "makes your videos look cooler" by creating a shallower depth of field like you would see on a still camera of VERY expensive studio film camera i.e. sharp foreground blurry background or vice versa. These adapters are necessary on digital camera because the small sensor creates a large depth of field which makes everything in focus, and makes it look digital.

  • mrpikeyhero- wat the fuck are u talking about? peter is gnar

  • such a sick video. i wish i had roads like that anywhere near here. still don't know what a 35mm adapter is. :D

  • in my defense, that was my first time riding tuna in its entirety. this movie was really practice footy and so that adam could learn how to use his new camera lens.

  • U must smoke crack.

  • what helmet is pete (the guy in blue and green) wearing?

  • Kind of looks like a Charly No Limit... Not sure though.

  • its a charly

  • sweet vid fuynny too good job mr. colton

  • what the hell is a 35 mm adapter?

     :/

  • what boards r they using

  • *cough* Video description box *cough*

  • this whole video is out of focus and looks like shit....

  • Whats the effect there using???

  • what is an adapter and what does it do?

  • Awesome!!!

  • It's like if Holga made a video camera...

    Ferociously excellent, btw.

  • what is he adapter for

  • badasserie

  • ya baby im stoked with the finished product, thanks adam!

  • SMC REPRESENT!!! haha

  • For sho, Santa Monica baby!!!

  • Nice sliding.

  • neither for DH

  • that skater in the beggining in the green and blue remind me of McFly from back to the future

  • yea me too xD

  • sick!

  • dervish or vanguard?ill be skating on halfpipes and downhill and cruising to.somebody help me out plz

  • vanguard, better for pumping in a halfpipe. Dervish would hold better for downhill. Cruising could go either way. lol i dunno if this helps

  • the dervish is basically the imrpoved vangaurd. drop thru trucks and longer tails.

  • it's the vanguards evil twin quoting loaded haha. but less flex options... plus who says drop thru is always better? some people like topmount boards

  • i would say dervish, thats a large array of styles though, the only one i think the dervish wouldn't hold up too well on though is DH, its ok but i suggest a board made for DH if you plan on doing it a lot and going anywhere over 30

  • get the vanny... however you may want to check out some stiffer boards if you seriously want to do some DH'ing on BIG hills.

  • ok well i dont mind if its bad at downhill.i got a arbor pintail i use for downhill but i just want a dervish or vanguard for pools, halfpipes and something to slide with.and whichever is better for those three things im getting.

  • why would u want a dervish for that

check out the superfish on mile high skates, much better for what you want

  • idk i just need one for crving, halfpipes and slides.what compnay is thaty board made by?

  • Comment removed

  • i would suggest either the Loaded Pintail, or the Original Skateboards Apex 34. Typical sliding decks like the Vanguard and Dervish are at least 40" long. the pintail measures in at 35.5" and the apex is an obvious 34". Both of these decks are long enough to carve and slide around on, and short enough to drop into a decent sized bowl or half pipe. with confidence, both of these bamboo beuties can hold their own hills up to a 10% grade.

    : )

  • typical sliding decks.. a dervish isn't a typical sliding deck neither is the vanguard

  • I'm so glad someone else also downhills on an arbor pin. I thought I was all alone.

  • lol i love my arbor pin but when i go to the park with my friends i cant do much with it.that why i want a vanguard or a apex or something that i can do some tricks in pools and halfpipes but something i can still use outside the park as well.

  • neither, for sliding and halfpipes look at an oldshool pool deck (one of the wide ones) or a sized up streetskating deck like an earthwing drifter or crewzer bothe way bettter for what you want to do.

p.s. just so you know louis p is a kook (lol no hate) and rides the worst board in the world for parks in parks

  • this is awesome

  • what boards are they riding?

  • anyone noticed 1:11? haha

  • lol pac man :D

  • do crails ride nice??

ive read some reviews on them but im not really sure what i think of them!

i know ur not the one riding them but if you know any thing about them info would be nice!

    thanks,

    -tim

  • Steve Griggs is the fuckin man.

  • who cares what board it is

    just enjoy the video

  • how is that a dervish it doesnt have the drop through 1:10 look

  • s9 race or a cut avenger

  • and its a pintail, durrrr not loaded boards at all. my guess is a comet voodoo or smthin idk

  • what boards r they ridin

  • p.s. What lens/lenses are you using?

  • awesome. Nice DOF with the adapter, I want one!

  • Awesome graffiti at 1:10 Lol.

  • this isnt advertising the board,

    this is advertising the wheels.

  • Kick ass video! Great cinematography!

  • lol at the pacman at 1:12

  • what board is that?

  • Comment removed

  • those arent dervishes, dervishes look wayy different

just because its a loaded video doesnt mean they are using loaded boards

well its actually an orangatang vid but its still a loaded company

  • I'm kinda sick and tired of people calling almost every board they see thats drop through a dervish

  • cute :)
