is it required to do kicks before stalls? 'cause i can do many stalls in a row but not the same for the kicks. I mean stalls are easier for me than the kicks
There is no absolute learning order for any concepts in footbag, but thinking about future it would be better to learn kicks first, so you don't have to go back one day to learn them.
Linking stalls at first feels easier, because they're easier to set precicely where you want (which is also the reason stalls are used in modern freestyle over kicks) but learning to kick is fundamental.

when i do the inside stall i cant lift kick it back up to my chest height after the stall. i can only get it up a couple inches.
