to me this is a good idea. I approve, we need to move toward full employment. We need innovation regarding the cost of education (computer mediated?apprenticing?).

However I don't believe that economic incentives work well for most businesses (it works good enough to be worthwhile) what we need to do is teach innovation in high school and college, so everyone can start a business.

When Bush was in office, and we were losing 700,000 jobs/month there was complete CERTAINTY that America was being destroyed.

For the past 25 years the only meaningful economic policy has come from the Federal Reserve. Congress and the President don't actually do any meaningful economic policy.
