  • great ideas!! I love your vids! I too, loooove jewelry/accessories and I use an old window screen attached to inside my closet wall for hooked pierced earrings, and for my posts I cut two sides out of a mesh/wire hamper and mount on a hook (so its easy to reach around and place the back on the earring posts). I love having all of them displayed so I can make fast, easy choices on what to wear :-) p.s. I have wayyy too many earrings but its fun! Blessings to you beautiful lady!!!

  • @kellyewillow Thanks so much for sharing your ideas with me...I love hearing what other people do...always something to learn...great tips...thanks again!

  • You have such great ideas! I love that you are all about helping others! Whether it be organizational, products (all kinds) and electronics! You are amazing! I am off to see more of your videos:)

  • @makeupsalad I think when we are helping each other...we learn so much...thanks so much!

  • Ooooh, I just wish I had some closet wall space to do this. Instead I ordered one of those hanging jewelry organizers with the clear pockets (80 in all). I've been adding to my earring collection since I watched your videos on earrings! So fun!

  • @cinlowil I was thinking of using one of those to store nail polishes...so I could see all the colors at a glance...problem is I will need about 6 of the front and back ones...LOL

  • Wow, great idea!! It looks like a piece of art! You for sure have some beautiful earrings. Great collection.

  • Great idea...and amazing collection! Wish there was a technology where we could reach through screen and "borrow" ;-) Would love to see how you organize your clothes too...or more organization videos of any sort...I can never have enough of those videos :)

  • Very creative

  • Love this!! You can see all of them at a glance without having to dig through jewelry boxes...I know what I'll be doing this weekend ;)

  • GREAT video & ideas Tammy. This video is a perfect example of what I love about YouTube. You and all the other wonderful ladies that make videos help us "other" ;) women with so many things in our life, rather that be storage solutions, good reads, how to apply makeup and just how to be a better, wonderful (and organized) woman. In all my 42 years (shh, don't tell anyone), I have never learned so much or gained such knowledge. I am soooo greatful to you and all the other wonderful ladies out th

  • @dizzarony It is PEEPS like you that make it so worth it for all of us here on Youtube...thank you so much for your very kind words!!

  • love this idea, Thank you for sharing...

  • I have a lot of button or stud earrings. how would you store/display them?

  • Hi Tammy - I just discovered your channel from MissHanaG - nice to see someone closer to my age on YT! Love your idea using the T pins for my earrings storage. I ran out and bought them and rearranged all my earrings. Looking forward to more tutorials; you're very entertaining!

  • What a great idea!!! I have my earring in 3 different jewelry boxes so I can't see them all at once like you display yours. I have a cork board exactly like that ...it's not being used. So, this weekend I'm going to either paint the frame or decorate it some way and reorganize all my earring like you have shown.....fantastic idea, love. love, love it!!! Thanks so much for sharing your idea with us.

  • Fabulous idea! I put a screen in a large picture frame, but I like this better because of the post earrings.

  • Hy Tammy, what a nice idea, thank you!

  • Nice setup... makes me jealous with some of those lol..Thanks for sharing..

  • P.S. I put all of my smaller earrings and rings in ice cube trays in my dresser drawer, and the bigger ones are in those clear plastic "pocket" hangers on a pole going crossways across both sides of my closet at the end.

  • Fantastic storage ideas. Now I just need another closet somewhere. :)

  • I love this idea, I have a lot of clip on earrings in inhearated from my mother and I have slowly converted to pierced and I want to display them now I know how. Thank you. I have all of her necklaces on old ladder style coat racks. Thanks again for all your great ideas. Sue from Texas.

  • Great idea! I just ordered a jewelry organizer the other day since I forget so many of my pieces. Its a hangy thing with clear plastic compartments. I can't wait to get it and rediscover all my hidden treasures!

  • What a great idea!!

  • Great idea! I'm thinking about getting a cork board and wrapping it in pretty gift wrap or wall paper or something and then stick the t-pins in. Do you think that would work?

  • @soldonhim Yes and I think it will look great

  • Very creative idea!

  • what a great idea

  • Great idea. Thank you!

  • So many gorgeous earrings! You are much more glamorous than me Tammy....my ears never wear anything more fancy than a medium hoop or a diamond stud. Maybe I am stuck in another decade, ya think? I do put my in my jewelry box because it stops the sterling from tarnishing. Agreed tho, I do forget about my bracelets etc...xo

  • Loved this video, Tammy! What a great idea for storing your earrings! it really made it easy for you to show us your collection. I should try this on my channel so I can show my earrings. Always love watching you no matter what you show because I always learn something from you. hugs. . . Vickie

  • What a great idea for your earrings, love it! You have a lovely collection there Tammy...thanks so much for the video :))

  • I have always displayed my jewelry on the wall. I so enjoy seeing them as they make for a very pretty display. I stick the earrings through a large cloth covered round needlepoint wooden rack? Not sure the term. It's hung right by my very large necklace collection. I hang all of the necklaces on an accordian type muti wooden dowel rack- that has maybe 12 dowel rods. They're beautifully displayed on my bedroom wall, so they're easily accessible when I'm getting dressed. Thx for letting us share.

  • Nice collection!

  • Tammy....love, love, love your earring display. I have tons of earrings and hardly wear any because I store them in my jewelry boxes. Thanks for the unique idea.

    Take care!!!

  • I'm not a jewellery person but my mum stores her jewellery in the CLEAR fishing tackle boxes. They are the flat boxes that are about 3cm high, each box fits about 20-30 pieces and the little squares range from 3x3cm to 6x6cm. She too organises them....gold/silver boxes and so on, stacks them on top of each other. I love your idea of the cork board, I will show this video to my mum....I know she is going to love this idea too. Jewellery boxes are just not enough for her jewellery :)) Thanks xoxo

  • @MissSophhie Sorry, one more thing.....could you please tell me what temperature your fridge is on to store your skin care. I always stock up on my skincare products when sales are on and never thought of putting them in the fridge. Thank you!

  • this is such a great idea i have sooo many earrings and have a hard time storing them, and trying to make sure they wont get damaged can be a hassle sometimes too. def gonna steal this ideal lol xxx

  • thanks for sharing, what a great organizing idea.

  • Tam i had to go back and look at the rose earrings from RN again,,,GORGEOUS!

  • I do the same thing tambalam. I have a foam noticeboard from ikea on my wall and stick my earring posts straight into it. Gotta see it to use it!! Jodi xo

  • @jodik76 Yep...gotta see it to use it...thanks so much jodi...I have to come up with a nick name...for you..>LOL

  • Best idea. Thanks

  • What is it that you use on your tarnished jewelry?

  • @rmmahal I use a jewelry tumbler bought online at most bead stores...

  • @rmmahal Baking soda is great! Just dampen your finger tip with a little water and dip in the BS and rub on the jewelry and rinse off.. The jewels will be shiney and clean. Works great!!

  • @laluv2shop Thank you I will have to try that.

  • I use a cork board too! I use push pins but I think I am going to switch to the T pins you use and using the curtain rod is an awesome idea. I never would have come up with that :)

  • Lovely Idea.

  • I was actually just thinking of requesting this. Thank you so much for this video. :)

  • That's a great idea! :)

  • Clever idea Tammy! Where did you purchase the Kenneth Cole jewelry?

  • @BeeMuse11 Lord and Taylor...:))

  • @uppiesbeads59

Darn, no Lord and Taylor where I live. Thanks for the info though!

  • Very neat idea. :)

  • That is a fabulous idea!!!..Thank you so much for sharing!..Sadly, I can't think of anything clever that I do to share back. :( LOL xo & ♥ K

  • LOL ok, I spoke too soon!! You mentioned towards in the end how you take care of the tarnishing, thanks! :)

  • I love your earring collection!! Just wondering if you've experienced any tarnishing on your silver earrings? And if you do, how do you care for them?

  • Excellent idea for earring display! Only you would have a refrigerator in her closet! LOL! If I had one in my closet it would be full of non leafy green things. Naughty yummy tasting things!

  • ok....for earring storage, I bought a large picture with an ornate frame at a garage sale for $2.00. Popped out the pic, painted the frame black and then stapled some "hail screen" inside the frame. It made a pretty darned awesome place to hang the earrings on....but can only hang the ones with the wires. I have made 3 more for girlfriends....Just an idea. Have a great week.....:)

  • Hi Tammy, you mentioned you store your skin care in the refrigerator and I was wondering which products are ok to refrigerate? Love the earring storage! I'm headed to Walmart tomorrow! Thanks for sharing this great idea!

  • Very organized & tidy, LOVE your set up :))

  • Great Video you have some amazing and beautiful things xx

  • I'm going to run out and get one of those corkboards! What a great idea, and you are right...if they are out there and can be seen, you'll most likely wear them more often. Why hide them away. Besides, sometimes when we store them in boxes, or drawers they can get damaged easier. Thanks for the great tip!

  • Thanks for the tip! I am totally doing this!!! How do you store studs?? I have mine in ice cube trays in a jewelry box. Not optimal! Cheers! Sherry

  • This is an amazing smart solution. Thanks so much!!

  • That is a cleaver idea but I would need a cork wall :( or maybe just clean out some jewlrey lol :) Thanks for sharing!!! Take care

  • Alexis Bittar is actually a man!! Lol I was shocked too!!

  • @MakeUpIsMyMedium LOL...thanks...I don't know much about him ( or her...lol) I only know the style...

  • Good ideas, thanks Tammy!

  • what a great idea! headin to Wal Mart for the stuff!!! thanks for all u do!

  • Thank u for your recommendations about root lifters I really appreciate you spending the time to email me with my question I really appreciate you taking the time to answer me back!!:)))

  • great ideas. I love the shoe holder storage too.

  • That is a great way to store your jewelry! While I don't have any wall space for a cork board, I finally got smart a couple of years ago and bought jewelry organzers you can put on your dresser...open ones so you can see what you have! Now I utilize more of my jewelry because of visibility. I would be embarrassed to show my collection though...I think some people would say I need an intervention! :-) Hugs

  • Tammy...do u recommend root lifters?? If so which would be your few top picks!??:)) thank u

  • @Slemmans1 The only root lifter I have ever liked is made by goldwell...you can only buy it at a salon that sell Goldwell products...a close second would be Sebastians root lift..

  • I did this very thing to hang all my necklaces.

  • wow loads of earrings

  • How claver r u , thank u so much for the great idea

  • Who is Joelle? Is she your parent?

  • @Prettymary010 :)) she is a very dear good friend!!

  • @alittletweak all of the sterling silver is stored in sealed plastic bags...the silver that is hanging is tarnish resistant!

  • Tammy!!! SO many beautiful earrings! My mom would say to you, you can open a shop Lol Love it! As you know, I am not big on earrings, but I so wish I would. They always look beautiful on you! And your storage idea is amazing. As you said: Out of sight, out of mind. This way your can wear every day different ones. Lots of love to you! Hugs, Hana xxx

  • i used to have a lot of earrings. i just stopped buying them. the joy that ur earrngs give u wake up my wish to get me some :)))

  • @danielaaltieva :))...this is my wish for you too...go buy a new nice pair..:))

  • Love This idea!!! Thanks!!

  • Love this idea ! I am moving in into my new house in 8 weeks and I reserved a room for my makeup, clohed, shoes, etc....and that's how I will organize my earrings. Thanks Tammy !

  • Wow! What a wonderful idea!

  • great idea i have been looking for storage for my jewelry i love this idea and i know just where to put it. THANK YOU

  • This is great idea.I have to reorganized my earrings :)

  • Fabulous, I just started reorganizing my closet this week. I will definately use this idea. Thanks Tammy.

  • It's organized :)

  • what a great idea! now to find a space for a cork board ;) thanks girl!

  • I love this idea....I store most of my jewelry in those "preserve" bags. I am going to buy a corkboard TODAY and find a place in my closet.

    patti

  • I love seeing how other people store and organize their things. This has become my new favorite type of Video!

  • Great idea! I have a question, how would you incorporate stud earring storage with this method?

  • What is a tumbler?

  • Wow Tammy, this is fantastic, thanks for the great idea !

  • That's such a wonderful way to see & store your earrings. I'm afraid I'd need about 5 more! I love earrings & have a large collection. I even gave masses away to Goodwill. I wore my jewelry much more when I was working. I have loads of bracelets, pins & necklaces. I bought hanging bags from Joan Rivers. They have tons of little pockets on them. They are heavy plastic little dividers. Not the best to see the jewelry but it does work great for storage. Love your earrings. My style also.

  • Why do you need to say, that it's a request? Who cares..

  • Re. Tumbler can you only buy one on-line? I choose not to shop in that way. Peace, Jxx

  • I love the cork idea, you have a beautiful collection. Now I think next time I buy myself clothing I will accessorize at the same time. Thank you for sharing. ;)

  • Wow, what a great idea! Yes...I forget what I have because most of it is put away. You have a great collection! Those Kenneth Cole pieces look like good dupes of AB...which, you are so right in saying is very expensive.

  • That is a great idea! Thank you for sharing :-) My jewelry still fits in a jewelry box but if my collection becomes to big for it i am going to use your idea!

  • I remember asking you some time ago how you stored your earrings Tammy and you kindly told me about the board in your closet and I started to use your method! It's so convenient and easy to store them like this and as you rightly say, seeing them on the board means we don't forget about them - that used to happen when I kept mine in jewellery boxes. You have a beautiful collection!! Have a great day! :) xx

  • Beautyful collection.

  • Great idea and great collection. I must wear clip, tore the hole out wearing heaving errings and never bothered to have it fixed. I have seen one great idea similiar to this..go to a place like Lowes and purchase a large piece of screen (used in a window or screen door), comes in black or alum. - pick up 4 small pieces of wood to use as a frame, staple screen to the frame - hang on wall. Earring fit easily into the tiny holes of the screen. Thanks Tammy!

  • What a great idea and collection !

  • What a great idea!

  • That is clever. Even the scarfs storage. I agree we tend to put things away and forget we have them. Good idea, and good video. Thank you Tammy for being as you are! Bisous

  • Excellent idea for storing your long earrings.

I have four guest hand towel stands that are made to sit on a counter. They are metal. I hang my necklaces and bracelets from those. I have a special holder from JoAnns to hold my cuff bracelets. Online I bought plastic earring display stands. They have holes to hang the earrings from. I have clear cases for my rings. All of this is displayed on a dresser in my closet. On the wall is bulletin board with brooches.

    ~elaine

  • Very nice. I have my stuff stored but my other stuff I have on a severed hand from Halloween don't really think that is ur style. But for me it's good

  • Bonsoir Tammy ! love this idea it is very nice and practical. Nice collection !

Much love to you, my dear oxox and a great big HUG

  • Great idea!!

  • That's amazing and very helpful video! Your earings are so beautiful, thank you for showing them to us, it was a real pleasure for the eyes! :) I love earings but I always keep loosing them, they just fall right off of my ears ... just lost one this morning, too bad :/ Anyway thank you for the video and wishing you great day! Petja

  • thats a great idea tammy! i don't have so many earrings but i store then in a cute pink large bowl (it was a gift when i was a child) so i keep the earrings hanging on the entire edge of the bowl and then in the middle i keep my rings and my only stud earrings that i wear for hospital which are my pear earrings :) big hug -Lorna xoxo

  • Tammy you are the queen of earrings;) , you have the best taste in earrings, truly, I loved the 8th one from the left, first row, the gold with green the one you sent to Joelle too, my fav:)

All of them are beautiful and I am sure they all look great on you, love, Iman

  • Agree, out of sight out of mind. Recently I took every piece of jewelry I own (save two very expensive pieces) and have them displayed on a built in shelf in closet. Various methods are used; stands that hold braclets, short necklaces, small doohicky (that's the technical term!) that would hold coffee cups to hold longer necklaces, 2 open jewelry storage boxes from TJMaxx used to place earrings so I can see them easily. Love your collection and idea for storage.

  • What a creative idea!

  • Very nice display... Good idea... I agree with you if you can't see all of them you kinda forget about them... Thanks for showing us!

  • I like how some people just hang up mesh scarves or mesh fabric to hang their earrings on. Or a mesh curtain filled with earrings! I like to take the rubber stoppers of of them all. It saves time getting them off and on And you can just use the same two stoppers till you lose one anyway!

  • Nice collection and display. I tend to like everything tucked away, myself but I like to see everyone else's collections and displays.

  • Nice idea for A walk in closet :) i dont have much wall space, so I actually bought glass tea light holders from IKEA in two different sizes and put one set of earrings in each and have them in a few drawers in a tall dresser. One for gold, one for silver!

  • Great idea. I use the clear plastic tackle box holders. You can get in the fishing area at Walmart. They are also great for beads...anything tiny. You can move the little dividers on the inside to make each cubby hole bigger or smaller.

  • I agree with having all our bauble friends out where we can see them. That way we can show them equal amounts of love :) Thanks CMT!

  • great idea Tammy, just came accross some of my earring forgot about.will defo: be using this as storage for them now,as they say-out of sight, out of mind, xoxo Jan

  • i did this exact thing!! but mine is a vintage picture frame i bought at goodwill ($2.99)i filled in with cork tiles ($4.00)-then painted white. your 100% right out of sight out of mind- i even have my fun watches on the cork board- as for sunglasses/necklace and bracelets i have tension rods holding everything in a glass door cupboard- where i keep my 30 pairs of shoes--anyone reading this who has bad feed- TIMERLAND FOR WEMON 2 DIE FOR!- born shoes-sofft-metoo---lots love shelly fun vid!!

  • Love the earring idea! i also use a shoe rack organizer to store lotions, cotton balls, hair sprays, and extra items. One idea for storing pins or earrings is to put them on strips of velvet ribbon which are attached to key rings. These can also be used to store hair barrettes and clasps. Thanks for your great ideas!

  • Beautiful earrings !!! Good idea about expose them. My jewelry are in drawers...and there they stay :( Thank you Tammy

(I just discover that YouTube didn't post my comment for the last 2 videos of yours, what it's the explanation ? I write my comments from a iPhone.)

  • My goodness, it's wall art and I LOVE it!! What a clever one you are, CMT! ;-)

  • Thanks for sharing, what a great idea! You are so organized. Here's another idea for the scarves. Take shower rings (the circular ones), put them on your hanger then draw your scarves through each ring, that way you can store so many more.

    ~Tammy

  • Love your earrings! Great way to store them.

  • OhTammy, you know how much I love this exclusive and brilliant idea, thank you for sharing it! my comment will be: to all Tammy's peeps, Hello everyone, go get that cork board!! it's an anti-ager, I swear! get your earrings out of their boxes, they are good friends!! Loved this video doudou, love you too!! Mouhaaaaaaaa

  • What a fantastic idea....You never let us down....I am going to see if I can do the same thing..I have mine in little clear plastic boxes but I like your idea better..Thanks

  • Gorgeous collection. This is a great way to store.

I have metal earring trees where I keep mine.

Thanks for sharing, gave me some great ideas.

  • What a fun way to display your earrings!

  • I will be doing my closet !!!! All your ideas are FANTASTIC i have so many earring ,there just in a box a mess cant see them etc..Then i also like the shoe rack idea ..Please keep the tips coming !!! Do you wear sunglasses if so how do you store them? Also do you have alot of nailpolish how do you organize them? Thanks Tammy....

  • Beautiful collection and I think that's a very smart storage idea! Thanks for sharing! Joelle has sent you really gorgeous pairs! A girl can never have too much jewelery....lol! I showed that display to my husband just so he doesn't think I am the only one who can never have enough jewelery...hehe! HUgs, ANnie :)

  • Omg love the idea. It's a great way to see them all. Love the turquoise earrings. Thx for sharing :)

  • Great idea CMT thank you so much for sharing. The only thing I would change would be to separate the frame from the board and paint it then cover the board with some fabric, you know I just have to try and pretty up everything. Plus I can get a little crafty in the process ;) And that shoe organizer is something I can not live with out! I live in an apartment with three other girls while at college and keep it in our shower room to hold our shampoos and what not. Thanks again CMT!

  • Thank you. :)

  • I love that ...also you can see everything.

  • @DebraMadonna66 Yes! :))

  • That is a great idea. I have been using an 8x10 picture frame with screen in it instead of glass to hang them but I've outgrown it by miles. I was thinking about finding a large wall frame with the screen but this works too and probably cheaper. I have a paper towel rod mounted that I hang bracelets on, works for bangles too because you can remove it to add them. Thanks for sharing. I love storage ideas for everything!

    Peg~

  • @MemomMon Me too Peg...:)) thanks! I like the picture frame idea too...what type of screen??

  • @uppiesbeads59 Screen like you would buy at Home Depot or Lowes, to replace in window frames to open your windows in the Spring. It is really cheap.

    Peg~

  • Wow, your timing is perfect! Just this past weekend I was accessing my bedroom/closet area for a place to hang some cork for my jewelry. Thanks for giving me a visual of how it can work. I just love your earring collection! ~Denise

  • @blueyezzzzz1 Oh Great Denise....I am so glad...thanks so much!!

  • Holy guacamole, Batman! THat's a whole lotta earrings, Miss T! ;)

  • @crb1959 LOL...Yes it is...and I love and wear them all...:))

  • Interesting idea. Thanks for sharing it with us. =)

  • @Gabbygrl01 :)) thanks!

  • You genuis you!!! Love this idea..I am a neat freak and just hate throwing things everywhere!

  • @MoiraS63 I have to have everything in its place...and I do not like a mess...this has worked really well...and every pair gets worn...a win win!!

  • Hiya Tammy!! I absolutely love that idea. I have mine stored in a drawer layed out, but your way is a much better way to see them. Thanks for the idea, I must try!!! HUGS Kim

  • @Kimber41764 I hope you do Kim....It has made a big difference and all my earrings get equal love!!

  • great idea THANKS!!! got to try this now

  • @1Sunnybird Great! :))

  • Great idea!! So should I be keeping my face masks in the refrigerator ???

  • @chwk540 I will in the summer...I keep them in there just so they are cool when I apply them...I do it because I have so many...I would never be able to use them all up before they go bad...with refrigeration they last...once I open a mask I like to do this...:))

  • Brilliant storage idea!! So simple but works so well!

  • @AngelInAlberta It really does...thanks

  • great I idea..thank you for sharing.

  • @LoveMe1st2LoveOthers Thank you!!

  • Great idea!

  • This is such a fantastic idea with storage. I will for sure do the earring thing. :D ox

  • @hanna72861 Great!! :))

  • What
