This is a really cool experiment. But I think it would be great if you promoted some deserving artists, rather than people who post random videos. I think you should turn videos into hits like the Mean Kitty Song (a very creative video), rather than a hit like Charlie Bit My Finger (cute but almost no effort or creativity put into it).
