I'd bet that he shows up in public and says that God has forgiven him. and then goes off and takes his drugs and gets in bed with his gay lovers. You don't change as you get older, you become more of what you are.

@firewallx Yeah. Its a great moral failing christianity has. If you do something wrong, it doesn't matter, because you can throw all your crimes onto another. Sex with a prostitute? Meth? Doesn't matter: Jesus took it off my shoulders. The root of irresponsibility and scapegoating.

It may be a shock as a former member of the Nation of Islam & now the Nation of Gods & Earths (or Five% NOI), that I must say we need to forgive Ted Haggard. The Bible states "we have all fallen short of the glory of God."
Paul the apostle taught homosexuality is an "unnatural sin." The reason y it is so hard for 1 to stop being gay is b/c unlike other sins, it is unnatural. When 1 repents (or turns) from sin, God changes the person. Believers must remain steadfast & fight temptation though.

@B1aDK B.u.t. as a 5 Percenter in the Nation of Gods & Earths who was born a 3rd generation Nation of Islam Muslim, if I'm saying that this Whiteman who I know is the devil should be forgiven, then y can't u??
