  • Kudos to you for canceling your United flights- but just to point out, United DID offer to compensate Dave after the first song came out, and he refused to take the money (he'd promised them that he wouldn't take the money if they waited until after he started getting them bad publicity). Also, he already fixed his own guitar.

    Still though, great of you to voice your support!

    United has the worst customer service in the industry. Fly anyone but United. Not only do they have horrible customer service, the company is run by management that makes extremely poor decisions.

It's not even about the money anymore, it's about the way United handled the situation, but maybe you're just not smart enough to figure that out. And if you think charity is useless, wait until you get laid off, can't find a job to feed your family, and your entire family needs help from charity. I bet then you won't find charity quite so useless anymore. It's heartless pricks like you who are screwing this world to shit.

  • I can't say that I blame you, but this is an obvious marketing attempt to capitalize on people searching for "United Breaks Guitars" and for that reason it takes the sincerity out of your offers.

    I want to believe Dave is a man of integrity and does things for the right reason. Life tends to reward sincerity on occasion.

    If you weren't doing this as a marketing stunt I believe you'd contact Dave in a more private manner.

    I could be wrong but it's a free country and this is my opinion.

  • This is great really, i recently saw this air on CNN and have investigated since.

    Great job for this, United getting quite the wake up call now, nothings gonna bother them more then losing buisness over this! Maybe we'll all get free complimentery head phones after this instead of having to pay one doller to listen to their outdated radio stations!
