yeah, at times it does.

however, a gr8 life is something different for each and everyone of us,... granted, I'd rather have a house and a big car, instead of not knowing where I belong and using my flight schedule and standby tickets like others ride the subway home. But there's other things that make it a gr8 life-and some of you reading this do know what it is. And it probably is something different for every single flight attendant. Fly high!

I agree with you , maybe you dont become a millionare but instead you can sleep in 5 star hotels in 3 different cities of the world each month, get stand by tickets for your family etc...

Each one choose the lifestyle that they want... the key is to be fullfilled with that you love to do in your life despicte of envy and egotism...

I´m totally mad about aviation, but I´d never be a flight attendant, not because it´s bad or so, but I always told myself wither you fly them or you repair them. No building planes, or being flight attendant or so. So since I can´t become a pilot cuz of my eyes I became a Mech recently. Just need to find an airline to work for yet. But nice video anyway.

Well, Emirates is a privatly owned Airline from Dubai that has been around for over 25 years now.

ETIHAD is the national Airline of the UAE with it's hub in Abu Dhabi, capital of the UAE and is owned by the government of the UAE.

I love this vid! I work for a Delta Connection carrier on the floor where all the new F/As train, and I remember the giddy feeling in the air. F/As are among our hardest working unsung heroes (airport agents too) and really make or break the service experience for the pax.

If parachutes were available on every plane... then it could be more useful than teaching flight attendants about safety

Dear, an airplane flies way too hight for a door to be opened or for a person to jump out using a parachute, and if you can land a plane, you are no longer a cabin crew, you are a pilot, and there are 3 of them, the captain, the first officer and the auto pilot.

parachutes will surely allow people to survive a plane disaster where there is enough time to jump

We are talking about being in a commercial aircraft that is carrying a LOTS of people on board...but you are for sure not a cabin crew, neither a pilot...so my advise is to review you aviation knowledge before posting a comment!

Quiet a lot, that's during the 7 to 10 weeks training that you get, the duration is different from an airline to an other, but once you start flying, you learn much more that it could seem like, you get to learn a lot about people, about the different places that you go to, the funniest thing is that you get to know more about yourself.

Oh, you should fly with me one day ;) But LHR can be a very tough flight. And the atmosphere in the company is not very good at this time. Many flight attendants will be laid-off,... like me for example. 31st of March will be my last day in the company. But I'll fly on smiling until the end. Wow, cool vid. Didn't know that there are some aircraft-types were the emergency slides are located in the plane itself under the door (A321?), instead of in the door self.

I like the interior colors from OS. Especially the new J-class cabin with the wooden panels behind the seats.
