  • you know knthing about sonny liston

  • ALI SPITTIN RHYMESSS LOL

  • tyson is a moron

  • Boxing is not all about winning or losing. Its about to be a great boxer, skills, speed, techniques etc, greatest can still lose a fight, not a big deal. no comparison b/w ALI and tyson, tyson is great too but ALI is truly the greatest, and the second greatest boxer in heavyweight after ALI for me is L.HOLMES. (because holmes was almost like ali in speed, chin, techniques etc)

  • WOW Tyson was basically describing himself when talking about Liston

  • Here's one I've never heard anyone mention despite the almost exact similarity in style : Muhammad Ali vs. Gene Tunney. Go watch some of Tunney's fights, it's Ali minus the shuffle. The footwork, hands down and not up at face level, pulling back to dodge punches (from seriously dangerous punchers at that), quick jabs etc... It would be the dream fight in the heavyweight "defensive fighter" category.

  • @zyphoid666 Good point about Gene Tunney , who Ali rated as better than Dempsey ! But when you look at Ali vs Williams, one would have to admit that nobody in boxing history moved like Muhammad Ali. There aint not even ONE film footage of any fighter in any weight division who could move the way Ali moved before his exile of 3 and a half years from boxing. Even tho Tunney was before Ali , Ali had his own style. Some were similar but not quite the same. Ali vs Tunney ??? Muhammad Ali !

  • always a white dude trying to push him away from his mic in those days..

  • Hello, Trucking industry.

  • Hello Baltimore.

    Sunny.

    Hello, Cabee.

    BCPD.

Good luck. and May the Best Man Win.

    Well, good luck..

  • Mike Tyson or Muhammad Ali ? Who would win ?

  • @truthhitmanisback Muhammad Ali. He would constantly harass Tyson with his jabs, the exact way he lost to Lenox Lewis.

  • @theduffman6 That was way past Tyson's prime, when he was fighting for a paycheck. FYI - If you don't want your ear bitten off don't headbut Tyson 20 times while the refs are not looking. Holyfield was a dirty fighter.

  • @theduffman6 I'dlike to see the 20 yr old Tyson go up against Lewis, Holyfield, Morrison, Foreman, Ali etc

  • @k2highto hmm...you bring up a good point. Now that I think about it, I'm not so sure. Ali said it himself, the hardest ones to beat are dynamic punchers who just keep coming at you.

  • @theduffman6 That being said, all in their primes, I think Ali was the greatest. The way he dodged punches was magic, like when MJ first moonwalked on live tv, or the Miracle on Ice etc. Magic. Then to reinvent and beat a George Foreman as a different type of fighter is doubly amazing.

  • @k2highto hehe. You might be right. Look at us talking using logic like civil men. Unlike others in the forums and such, who use profanity to get their points across.

  • Much thanks for the upload! My dad taped this special for me on Betamax when I was a 7 year old kid and I watched it over and over again. I was so enthralled by the cocky virtuoso Cassius Clay and a boxing obsession was born.

  • I would like that Youtube had subtitles... some guys are hard to understand.

  • Thanks for the upload, enjoyed it very much.

It was a pain when they cut short rds 2 & 4, surely those guys could have spoken between rds & we could have had the full fight... but thats my only complaint... very good documentary/fight.

    Cheers !

  • Oh God...at 2:00, he says Clay was 23 years old, when he was 22...

cant these guys get even the most basic fact right?????????

    DAMN

  • @007rocksalotmann he didnt say he was 23 he sayed 22 you dumbfuck

  • @robertrocks31 , there is no need to be rude.

  • @007rocksalotmann sorry :)

  • @robertrocks31 , I forgive you.

  • @007rocksalotmann thank you i can sleep better tonight :)

  • @007rocksalotmann

get ya ears right fool he said 22 stupid ass

  • @trayeiht92 , there is no need to be rude.

  • Sonny looks good, well dressed and groomed!

  • Oh God... they say Liston was 220 pounds... he was 218! And they say Clay was 23... he was 22! Damn, such amateurish mistakes! A 20 year old kid could do a better job!

  • Tyson is right Liston was a typical bully, just like Tyson :) was in his glory days.

  • Milt Bailey was in Leon Spinks´s corner when he defeated Ali

  • the greatest upset in history,, a man to be feared, liston, was made look like an amauter by a man being described as nothing but a 22 year old mouth,, how wrong they prooved to be

  • It was not the greatest upset in history.

Liston didn't so much look amateurish as look like the old and undertrained fighter he was. His acting in fight II was damn amateurish though.

And lest we forget, Ali would later be made to look like an amateur by a real amateur, the one and only Neon Leon.

  • Thanks for uploading this! What a great fight.
