  • You should do a video with live rounds of ammo in the microwave.

  • im not sure that this is safe.

  • that is giving off so much damn radiation

  • @piesnotgood harmless microwave radiation. We have experimental riot control technology in the military that uses microwaves to repel crowds. Its harmless. But your skin heats up, and you turn and run. cuz thats scary as hell.

  • @piesnotgood yea it can burn you if you hold your hand in front of it. Like a flames dangerous. No one would want a blow torch coming out of there microwave doors...so theres a door. What dont i get? I think your confused on what radiation is. Theres many kinds. Microwave Radiation is not what u think.

  • T'es content, t'as niqué un micro ondes ?? ...

  • "Leave open microwaving to your professional microwave operator with atleast 30 years worth of qualified microwaving EXPERANCE."

  • How does it not catch on fire...oh wait nevermind..

  • ITS NOT POSIBLE :?

  • this guy is CRASYYYYY

  • they dont isonoze anything but still do some damage to your cells

  • Thecamera doesn't like radiation. :D

  • Cancer at it's finest

  • @LwhsHurricanes15 microwaves dont cause cancer

  • lol at the fire

  • Person who voted negative got probably nuked from doing this... :D

Nice vid, I always wondered all my life what would it do if you microwave without a door or safety window.

  • whats the name of the song that starts at 3:14?

  • ware you standing in the same position as the camera??If so than dude you are grazy :D Did you feel warmer :D?

  • you die at 1000 rads depending on the tolerability of your body.

    you absorbed OVER 9000!!!!!!

no but seriously, unless stopped with lead, radiation travels forever

which is why when u get an Xray you have to wear that led thing

  • @13713371iV3 microwave radiation is different. you dont absorb them. you heat up your skin. I wouldnt sit in a giant microwave. but its not gamma radiation. remember science class.

  • this is your second video with same thing

  • isnt the camera should blow up for being near of the microwave? pardon my english

  • Microwaving without a door is reserved for people with at least 30 years or LESS expected lifespan and those who do not fear having their corneas cooked like the white of an egg o.o

  • is that the hea doing that?

  • Exposed to radiation results to cancer

  • @Miki2471 ur dumb.

  • 1:58 COOOOOOOOL!!

  • amazing how it physically interferes with the camera from a distance. Need to find some way to shield the camera OR shoot from further away using a zoom lens to get the camera's electronics out of the range of effect.

  • You should microwave a camera without a door, and have the camera recording, see how long it lasts, and then save the footage if possible. That would be sweet.

  • @tripslipfall in my opionion, most of the time the camera's memory card and where the recording are saved would be microwaved and poof broken/burnt/heaten

  • whats wrong with the camera ???? 0_o

  • @theringfilm1 it was too close to the microwaves and the screwed with its focus

  • @dovetastic, how come the camera looks like it's shaking? Does that have something to do with the mirowave's magnetic waves?

  • dude you are the hugest idot ever..your holdeing the camera and standing infront of microwave...mmm roasted nuts! so fucking dangerous...whats your issue ...it can make you go blind 2...do not..fuk with magnatrons!!!!! period..

  • not true he might put it on a tripod idiot cuz that would explain the camaras shaking cause of the magnetic waves

  • @danksmokaz

the guy was 50 feet away with the camera on 20x zoom. So STFU

  • @danksmokaz the professional microwave operator sets the camera in the amir 9000 one ton microwaving robot and walks to a "safe" distance.

  • Comment removed

  • it was blurry because of the radiation levels the open microwave was putting out was affecting the camera.

  • why the vid is blurry

  • @Christopher1679 it is the microwaves coming out

  • you mean the heat of the microwave

  • well a microwave doesn't actually make heat, it emits waves that speed up the water molecules in your food or whatever is in it.

  • whoaaaaaaaaa!! no door and all those twisty bulbs!!

    this one was damn good!!

  • i would imagine thats really bad for their brain

  • yer bro...you stuck the bulb right on the magnetron..good move...

  • Comment removed

  • its like youre micro waving your camera

  • Instead of microwaving without the door screen in place (which wastes a lot of energy & does not allow as much reaction from the load), I'd suggest making & installing a new door screen from thinner gauge wire mesh but with the same hole size as the original.

This will keep the microwaves in but allow more light to out, making the action in the cavity easier for us to see.

Also, you can prevent a lot of the arcing & fire by making sure the load does not come so close to the walls of the oven.

  • But of course I'm speaking as someone with only 23 years of microwave oven technical experience, so what do I know? :D

  • but all of these things you suggested, are exactly what he doesnt want to do

  • i love that song :)

does anyone know what's its title?

  • NOW THIS WAS EXCELLENTLY TRIPPY TO THE MOST EXTREME EXTENT!!

    EVERYTHING GOT 'WAVED :)

Ahem, excuse the caps, but that's what excitement in ascii is. :)

  • lol yeah

  • microwaving without the door gives a better view of the action inside.

  • this is fucking REVOLUTIONARY and interesting as FUCK

  • Ok microwave radiation dosn't cause cancer. Its non ionizing. Ionizing radiation includes UV X-Rays and Gamma Rays. But dont go too near it or it will cook you alive!

  • Nice one Kenny. 5 ☼☼☼☼☼

  • Whoah... this sounds cancer inducing.

  • Wow, the vibration from the camera really makes it feel like you're being microwaved. Good thing the camera wasn't affected like the lamp. 4:57 Woo. ^^; That's what happens from rapid temperature changes, I'm guess. Thing start exploding. Does this mean you could microwave something and have some kind of vent in it to let the smoke out, so you can see the magic happen? Or does it just reduce the microwaving quality? No doubt, I won't try this myself by any means. |D

  • its paranormal when the temperature drops below 0

  • How could it drop below 0 anything? Sun was out, microwave beaming waves right out the door at the camera.... yeah. |D

......Man, you comment a LOT, too. |D

  • I guess it is a new rootbrian record, unfortunately :P

  • Its so trippy, I like it 5 stars good sir

  • who is that voice we hear (other than our professional microwave operator)?

  • Cool!!! :D!

  • Tripppy

  • i have just 1 questiong O.o if i were to get too close to a microwave w/o a door that was microwaving, would it kill me? (no im not gonna try it if you say no it wont kill me i just want to know cuz it seems really dangerous)

  • TheKayasto- I do not know however just DO NOT do it. That is why you have a professional microwave operator to do it for you instead.

  • thanks ^_^ i thought i would get no answer xD but nah i wont do it, i was just wondering, but i like this vid, keep up the good work :) you should do more doorless microwaving :D

  • @dovetastic Exposure to the output of the magnetron tube in a microwave unshielded would result in the almost instant destruction of your eyes. IE it would boil the fluid in your eyes and destroy them almost instantly.

IE DO NOT GO. Period. End of discussion while you are anywhere remotely close to it.

  • @TheKayasto im think i'm late.. haha but imagine that if you put your head inside it you'll burn it. Like if you put a piece of meat inside of it. And if it has no door well, the microwaves go out so, it will have some of this effect too.. I think Its really dangerous.

  • @leandeganis dumbest comment ever.

  • @wookiesack no, its not gonna burn anything outside the microwave but it is pretty dangerous actually. I'm sorry if you don't know about microwaves and what does that door do, but dont try that ;)

  • hell those microwave can slowly cook your cells do not do it again unles at leas 100 yards away and/or in a radiation suit

  • sweetbob67, microwaves are friction heating waves of sound which quickly disapate once you microwave without a door however do not attempt microwaving without a door. Your professional microwave operator has performed this microwaving so others with insufficient or inferior microwaving skills of less than 30 qualified years of microwaving experience dont have to attempt it.. They don't ionize radiate anything. They can create radio interference however it doesn't get far because of the AMIR 9000

  • i agree with you in to some ways but with over 27 years of scientific research on the properties of different waves such as the microwaves and yes microwaves are an actual wave that indeed is man made or in such cases can actually come from stars such as our sun but i am saying that when the germans invaded austria during WWII they were working on a microwave killing machine and a sound amplifiering killing machine so good day dove

  • holy wow, like the one used in the latest Hulk movie. BIG SOUND!! :O :P

  • w no but i bet they are big but these are so big and powerful that they could literaly kill you by vibrating your cells causing friction so intence it would kill you or as it may be cook you alive so let's listen to some ac dc while we cook or turkey

  • it must take a lot of work to microwave things as a profession and wow 30 years of experience and yet hear i am making ohh what about 8,000 every pay check for what i do is easy in ways. i mean well in some cases i am in a bio hazardous suit making or expirementing with bio-hazardous chemicals or i will be gene splitting using restriction enzymes or sr-12 and i do not expect any one here to know what i am talking about but after splitting the gene i insert a new one from maybe a different animal

  • SHUTUP!!!

  • nah i mean i have been a fan for a long time and all and still am but i know what i am talking about when it comes to different waves

  • I don't think you got the point, SHUT THA FUCK UP!

    Nobody cares.

  • @dovetastic they're also things you put your food in to heat it up! LOL

  • pretty ^_^

  • the waves are intefering with the camera i guess?

  • nope just the aliens xD

  • Wow,the vid made me feel like i was on acid

    :O

  • Thats not what acid feels like thats pot.

    trust me.

  • I didn't hear you close the big door thing on the front of the AMIR 9000, I know the door was open the whole time because I could hear the sound of birds and water running for some strange reason. It looks as if the microwave energ was playing havoc with your camera's auto focus, or was that just some sort of video effect you added later on? Haven't you done a video like this before? I'm not sure I like the idea of the microwave energy damaging the glove in the lamp next to the microwave.

  • No effects added Lachlant1984. Anyone who questions the video can test it for authenticity. The AMIR 9000 was contained however I do notice it amplifies sound activity in the area when microwaving without a door. I did an earlier version but it was not nearly as good as this one.

  • The same thing happened when he microwaved the microwave while it was microwaving. Paranormal activity was suspected, remember the whispering?

  • Thats the most I have heard your professional microwave operator laugh! It made me laugh too. Will the next episode include microwaving objects that are outside the microwave?

  • I like how the camera is freaking out. Yay radioactivity! He totally has cancer.

  • what a beuty i love it :D

  • epic.

  • he has brain cancer now

  • wow! the camera felt some microwave! AWESOME!

  • that would be a messed up dildo

  • Thats fucking crazy dude.

  • the reason why some of the light bulbs dont go one becuase there is points where there is high and low radiation. thats why your microwave spins

  • There are microwaves that don't use turntables.

Remove that tray and you've got classic microwaving or better yet, remove the plastic piece and cut part of the stub off, replace tray, it stays in one spot.

  • soooo bbblluuuurrrrryyyy while microwaving without a door! ,did it microwave its self ! the camera had a siezure :P

  • its true the radiations vibrating and other factors can screw up your camera

  • can you microwave a light bulb while its on

  • If you have one and microwave it the heat make electricity in it to power it.Thats what happened here.

  • radiation poison?

  • Microwave radiation is none-ionizing radiation, a creeping dose can only be acquired with ionizing radiation.

  • thats right, alpha radiation is the worst, VERY ionising. but it cant pass through skin. so you'll be all right as long as you don't eat it

  • x-rays and gamma rays are the worst

  • no they arent. gamma rays can be used for curing breast cancer, and x-rays. you know..

  • In thruth any kind of radiotion is dangerous with prolonged exposure but because gamma rays and x-rays are so penetrating and have such a short wavelengt they are considered more dangerous than alpha and beta rays.

  • At 5:36 is the metal deflector which concentrates the microwaves on the bulb as a parable and microwave bulb.

  • At 4:34- another microwave bites the dust :P

Which number in the que was this?

  • What sacred experience than you do with microwaves.

I advise you to put metal plates in room microwave to isolate it from the outside and to protect the AMIR 9000, plus microwaves remain concentrated in the room when the microwave was not door.

Also protect the camera in a box manufactured by fences door microwave for it to keep film and video.

  • Not to be negative, but the wording is fragmented a bit :)

Just saying it needs a defrag.

  • wow

  • wicked

  • Can you get some more Adobe Premire/Sony Vegas effects on there too?

    Over-edited.

  • did the camera have any damage after this?like stop working or elictric shock?

  • might not be.

with all the waves escaping the camera could have been legit screwed up

  • Whoa! I can guarantee that NOBODY else has done something like this. In fact, I searched it on YouTube and you are the only one who has ever posted videos of this kind of thing. This was truly amazing!

  • Now if only this could be done without fucking up the camera

  • hahahaha 14th. good video

  • what it feels like to be on pot, lol

  • smart i bet now ur camera is covered in radiation

  • ARE YOU DUMB!?!? Microwaves use RADIOWAVES to heat up food by exciting the molecules NOT Radiation! If you stuck your hand in a microwave it would just start to heat up with no long term damage if exposure is limited

  • Sorry but YOUR A TROLL! hahah i actually fell for it! Good job!

  • no, thats where your wrong.. it actually uses Microwave Radiation to heat water and other polarized molecules inside the food.. if it gave off RADIOWAVES you would be able to hear your microwave through your radio XD Jesus.. take a physics class before you leave such laughable comments

  • "Radio frequency (RF) radiation is a subset of electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength of 100km to 1mm, which is a frequency of 300 Hz to 3000 GHz,[1] respectively. This range of electromagnetic radiation constitutes the radio spectrum and corresponds to the frequency of alternating current electrical signals used to produce and detect radio waves. RF can refer to electromagnetic oscillations in either electrical circuits or radiation through air and space."

  • So where does this fit in you ask? Microwaves generate radio frequency radiation at a frequency of approximately 2.4GHz.

Using the term "radio waves" is not incorrect. In fact there's little difference between it and the 2.4GHz waves emitted from wifi devices, except the RF radiation inside the microwave is several orders of magnitude stronger and does not carry data.

  • Also, the term "radiation" does not imply radioactivity. The term radiation applies to any form of energy being emitted through air/space, be that RF (radio frequency), thermal (IR), alpha, beta, gamma, and light.

  • If food is safe to eat after being microwaved I'm pretty sure the same goes for a camera being handled after being microwaved

  • rofl, how old are you?

  • you can just feel the radiation

  • feels good man.

  • thats what she said

  • umm without a door isnt all the power wasted?

  • As with microwaving a microwave, did this produce any EMP-like effects in disabling electronics?
