Every frame of a video contains a given amount of data in correlation to the video resolution. If you only increase either the amount of data or the video resolution the video stays almost exactly the same. Because either the amount of data is to large to be displayed in that resolution or the amount of data is so small that it gets stretched to fit the resolution. No new data does appears magically

@BlackFloyd94 its not high definition (1080x720) really is it. saving it as 720p just means the video will play back at the maximum resolution it was recorded with, which is 90's television, so i imagine around 500x300
