@ohpineapples spray + backroll. Speed of a sprayer and levelness of a roller. They were spraying trim too so it was a "blow and go". If you were just painting the walls then ya rolling would have been faster but add in trim and might as well mask it off and blast it.
Next time cut the carpet 6 inches away from the wall ........

why not just roll it on. Rolled on paint is thicker and nicer isn't it?
