This is about cigarettes, not all tobacco in general. True, smoking tobacco has hazardous effects such as mouth, tongue, and lip cancer. However, all the chemicals you listed are in cigarettes not in the tobacco that is used in cigars, pipes, or hookahs. Also, cigarettes often cause more damage because cigarette smokers inhale the smoke. By doing so they get all those chemicals in their lungs and increase the chance of getting lung cancer

well im still smoke free, and i know it sounds funny when people say "im 2 days into quiting smoking" but if you have ever quit before you will know that the first few days are make or brake. but by taking one day at a time i have gone 5 months without smoking, and i have no plans to ever go back to that shit.
