Don't go to see Kenny Dixon! Just buy the records. I saw him in Brighton once and he kept stopping and starting the music. It was crap, he totally misjudged the crowd, who wanted to go on a trip. Really disappointed, but hey, the records are good.

@irishlinuxgeek - I always hear shitty stories about him - like playing drum and bass because he got boo'd for being an hour late, or playing 5 tracks from a cd while he talks to a friend for 30 mins during a 1 hour set - but im not a thick and pig shit fat American Idol fan, it would help if he was nice, but him being an ass doesn't make his music less amazing.

I must say that it is great to see all the positive comments especially from those that have not heard of Moodymann before. His music is the bomb. I am an out and out addict. I thought from his music that he was some insightful dude who was on a righteous tip, but after seeing him live in Manchester I was well disappointed with the theatrics.
