Every site does it, beatports preiews are in 96kbps even though they sell 320 and .wav, iTunes displays audio in 96kbps as well. and "oh i can hear it" is actually a good argument for me, since i listen to music through the HD650 with the Gilmore Lite amp and udac-2.
