Strengthsfinder is a great tool once you apply what you learn. Finding a Strengths coach will help a lot too. Take a look at the videos I created about each of the 34 strengths themes. Short 2 minute videos that give 8 or 9 quick ideas on each Strength theme. Don't be one of the thousands that take Strengthsfinder and don't go any farther. Once you have a language for what drives you and understand that language it can be life changing.
