yes, you are right, makes me wonder, too. So probably it's commonwealth, although wikipedia says "British Citizens". Any British Citizens here who can help on this issue? Thanks.

@yalejomo Well, Julie Andrews was made a dame 10 years ago and she said at the time she was surprised 'cause she felt she wouldn't be eligible as she's "lived in America for a long time." I don't know if she's a naturalized citizen, though.

ThanQ for this absolutely delighful and humorous tube of Tracey Ullman. She has this unique almost corny sense of humor which gets me in splits every time I watch her. Those so called "stiff upper lip" Brits can surely make you laugh ! They have taught the world to laugh and have produced the best humorists of the world. Brits are the Gurus of humor writing and no education is complete if you have not read P G Wodehouse IMHO. Tracey, you are simply great !
