See the problem with every one is all you want is mindless explostions and a chick in tight leather with 2 sub machine guns killing a bunch of swats. Here an amazing graphic novel and great acting great soundtrack and effects and you give to thumbs down. People rate this movie poorly because it's long and has alot of talking and thy say it has no attention to script.... I really like your video response! But I personally found the movie confusing storywise, to me the scenes were more focused on the graphics then to the script. Its just that if something is presented to an audience once and they didnt get it the first time then the people who made the film didnt really do a good job.

I went to the midnight showing. Love it! I've been a fan of the book since it came out in 86. The movie was faithful where it needed to be faithful and the changes they made to the plot seemed necessary and...in my opinion...and improvement.

I never liked that squid anyway.

I think it was the writing, the story line was just dreadfully over acted slow and just hard to get into. I imagine many people will love it hough, I was looking forward to this one for so long :(

Visually, yes. Excellently choreographed fight scenes. Damn fine acting all around, except Malin Ackerman was a little ... off, I guess, or weak, maybe. Personally, I feel that Snyder did a damn good job adapting it. I can't wait to see how the director's cut turns out.
