It's not that the Army isn't well trained but they are trained to do one thing, whatever they are schooled in. A Marine is a combat soldier first, no matter his or her MOS. The Marines secured Somalia and handed over control to the Army and the U.N. They were not up to the task of keeping it secure. These Rgrs + Delta are heroes but their commanders and the U.S. failed them.
