Great instructional video.

I'm having just the opposite problem. I just got the Flip Ultra HD and the sound is so loud that it is breaking up and distorted. This is the second one I got with the same problem. And, even when I use an editor to lower the volume, you can still hear the distortion. I contacted Cisco and they said it's normal for this unit. I'm thinking of returning it and getting the Flip Ultra (no HD) which, according to their website says it has a different type of mic.

@LondonPoet Hey there I have a flip too and my videos sound fine on my computer, but when I upload 'em to youtube they sound all warbly and compressed (i think), any ideas that worked for you would be greatly appreciated!
