I just had a baby possum come into my house. I could hear him, and knew it was something rather large. I've got a trap set now. I was trying to make him go outside, the darn thing didn't want to go out the door. Are these things smart enough to 'want' to be domesticated, like a cat?

@mythhealer I hope it was a live catch trap. You know if you're afraid to pick one up, you can throw a towel over it, it will play possum, and you can pick it up gently.

Possums make a lot more noise eating than a cat. We can always tell when the neighborhood possum is on the patio without even looking. Great video
