Most of the increase in gov spending has come from three programs: medicare, medicaid and social security. Allowing 1/3 of humanity to die because you aren't willing to spend 0.15% on $1 vaccines isn't going to solve anything.

Health campaigns have bipartisan support because our gov is democratically elected.

America only spends 0.15% of its income on official development assistance. That is a small price to stop 1/3 of humanity from dying from diseases that can be prevented with $1 vaccines.

All of US tax money goes to pay the interest on the dept. of the United States of borrowed money. Now they want the UN And globalists to essentually create a new tax for US citizens to pay outside the US, when the tax laws now have always been unconstitutional to begin with. Tax laws that no one challenges. This is just another way that US citizens are going to get screwed out of their money. And I doubt it will go to help anyone outside the US.

Other programs have drastically shrunk as a percent of the budget over the last few decades because our growing economy doubles in size every 30 years.

This program would be a small part of the budget but would save many lives.

If you remember our history, we defeated England and their oppressive government for our freedom.Years later, Americans gave their lives during WW I and II to protect YOUR freedom.
