My guess is its a film about how people deal with what 'they' believe to be mistakes. For me a baby is not a mistake, but to Henry, obviously it's a big problem, and how he deals with his problem is the essence of the film.

Yea, it's just an abstract horror piece, that gives you such an unsettling feeling when you watch it. It's basically a nightmare shot on film, so surreal, yet at some parts so incredibly frightening. As goenisse said, it's true interpretation is a piece on fear of fatherhood, just not told straight forwardly.

It's not for everyone, as lifer420 pointed out in a rather dull comment. But if you are a fan of film, then it's most certainly worth watching.

I think is better that Lynch doesn't explain his movies because that it allows that I think my own story of the film, I don't like "Donnie Darko director's cut" because the director explains his movie 100%, it's better the first version for me.

I think is better that I can find the story of the movie by myself, it isn't so difficult, and I think that is what Lynch wants.
