No, you get it when completing the Game

You can get the costume that way (the boob way) or you can just play the level prolly and kill the final boss. Also If you ace any of the boss levels for example, Victoria's boss the spider 1 you get victoria as a costume and if you do the factory of a better tomorrow you get Clyde
