@roccojobbers wrong. a pronated grip facilitates stronger internal rotation....something most people don't need seeing that the internal rotators tend already be stronger than external rotators. definitely wont tear the rotator though.
@3577 If you squeeze at the end of the movement you will definitly feel the traps. but for more stimulation there, you can direct most of the work to the traps by angling the elbows up slightly.
