Checked out the website.  Photography quite impressive. However, the headshots touch ups are overdone. The cinematography is pretty bad. I don't know why it's even posted. Just stick to photography.

Mr. HotPerogi, you might want to watch the video more closely buddy. The pictures aren't even retouched. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but at least comment on something accurate.

@meroud I actually don't mean to sound rude. Long night comment sorry. Also I am a Ms. Anyway, I think the guy shot is fine, though it is def retouched (3:19,3:30). For women I work with Photogenics, Ford, Wilhelmina & Next. La Models, Elite are bad, anything below is really bad. I really have never seen anything close to this in their books, mostly due to styling. However, I think you may be right if it comes to talent agencies. They have a different set of parameters and might love em. :)
