@sgtCbb well... I just statred Broken steel (GOTY) and had winteried t51-b thru the entire game, killed 2 roving merchants 4 schmatics, and enslaved bumble. Not to mention murderd moriarty (jackass), and moira (schmatic). Gob was an unwanted casualty (jherico!!!!!!!)

If you have issues with the Regulator leader running off, there are two solutions. 1) Kill any hostiles before entering the Regulator HQ. She runs out to deal with any enemies. No enemies, no running away. 2) She can usually be found a short distance away from the HQ just standing around.

i everytime buy all their stimpaks(even if they hv 100 stimpaks i would buy it and decrease the amount wth my items)

When the Regulator woman runs away, it's usually because of the radscorpions outside of the shed... I always quicksave before I go in just in case she runs away. When she does, quickload and check for any radscorpions around the shed. If you kill them, she should act normal again. Works for me. ;P
