These clips are actually from the movie Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children. But it is a continuation of the story from the Final Fantasy VII games. There are several in the mini-series including a bunch of pre/sequels telling the past of several characters. Pick up the games, watch the movies, either way or both, definitely check them out! =D

is Final Fantasy VII a remake of the original ps1 game? because those graphics don't look at all like ps1. I'm just a little confused is all. I remember playing FFVIII on ps1, with the four-disc set, as Cloud.

Also, I haven't played Crisis Core, but I know someone who did and he said it was fantastic. I did play Dirge of Cerberus.That was a fun game.

I'm just a little confused about FFVII, because as far as I knew it was only for ps1.

Well, the original FFVII game was for the ps1. There was never a remake, but there was a 'secret ending' at the end of FFVII which is the opening for Advent Children. All the clips you see in this video are from Advent Children. I wish the graphics in the original FFVII were this good...and I wish they'd make a remake for the PS3. It would be great! But anyway, I hope I'm helping here...

Its a video game, Final Fantasy VII. These clips are from a movie that takes place after FFVII, called Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. There was a prequel made as well (a video game for the PSP), called Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII. And then another sequel (also a video game), called Dirge of Cerberus for the PS2. But Advent Children is the only movie...but if you're interested in watching it, buy Advent Children Complete for Blu-ray. It has added scenes and was MUCH better.
