Especially the part where he said hakan is a good beginner character. No he is not! He is the most advanced characters in the game right next to gen, cviper, makoto.

@backseatdog I think what he meant was that he'll teach you to understand good use of normals and whatnot. He has allot of priority and has decent movement and frames. Other than knowing how to combo and ultra, he is pretty good for certain basic players I think.

Using hakan as a beginner character is a terrible tip, he is by far one of he worst characers in the game, he is a reactionary character and requires an ability to read an opponent. He really has no tools to get in against a smart player who has fireballs. Anyone with half a brain can destroy him. If you are a good player you can do some damage agaisnt people who are 1500 pp and below, but other than that not really. However in AE they are makong him a much more viable character.

@TheNietzschian i beg to differ. hakan is a viable character. maybe not for beginners but he can be used on all level of play. you just need to learn his play style and be prepared to work w/ it. fireball characters aren't even that serious of a problem. if you have meter just ex oil shower threw a fireball then once you get in decent range oil slide them. it goes under fireballs. also his super goes threw fireballs if you use the hk version. hakan isn't for weak players. he takes skill to play.

what I actually found out with hakan is that if you ever get the chance to crumple the other player then use your oil combination hold after hitting with focus, surprisingly the anti air ultra will still work after crumple.

Behrudy says the funniest shit. And about the Mokoto video, I just went to practice mode and found that focus attack combo to be fairly easy. It's only hard to remember to reverse the dp move when off the wall since she crosses under the opponent after the second focus attack. And yes, I'd tap that too, but only after the new school outfit comes out (yes, new outfits; I just want the girls outfits though, but may still get them all).
