  • Less than a year at this point I think you sound Great!

  • In my honest opinion, I would say get out of the minor pentatonic... I myself enjoy the minor pentatonic immensely, but you exhausted it after the first 45 seconds max. It's a good scale to start with, but try to play the whole neck, even if you are not comfortable with it, it will add a LOT of variety.

  • Honestly... I completely agree... :) this was one of my first attempts at soloing ever so it does get quite repetitive... Please check back with my vids in a few days I'm in the process of recording a new song I wana know what you think... peace

  • What frets do you play while you play the scale Bm ?

  • its mostly rooted on the 7th fret then for the high parts I skip up to the 19th fret

  • Considering you've played for such a short time you play really well.

Do you happen to have tabs for this nice song?

  • It's improvised try working with the blues and pentatonic scales thats what this is mostly based off of

  • Get a better cam to get rid of the noise but besides it was good.

  • Well, I saw your post on a BB King vid this morning and I'd like to say nice vid. The notes are there and I think you've got the feeling. The rest will come with time, and you might not even notice it, but if you keep at it your playing with mature and you'll be a good one if you keep going.
