i would recommend putting it in a smaller pot and letting it grow over maybe 2 years before selling it because you have a great shape and if you let it grow you would be able to sell it for about $80, i saw one a bit more developed than that i think it was around 5 yrs old, it was a little Chinese juniper and it was fore sale for $110.
You can sell it from $9.00 and up, but the bonsai is going to take alot of maintennance, time, and development in order for someone to agree to a $30.00 dollar price tag.
Nice plant. I would be surprised if you were able to get 15 -20 for it...give it time to age....years...keep it styled and the price will increase. One thing, most bonsai I see have a much more shallow pot. While the pot you have is nice, I would not think of it as a bonsai pot.
It's been a while since you posted this...did you sell it...for how much. Did it live?
I'll be frank beardeddragonsrock. If you are trying to sell a Nana after this amount of short time, you need to find a new hooby. Bonsai takes weeks, months, years and decades. Just food for thought and do more research and learn more.
WOW! I have a pink and white desert rose bonsai and a white one too! I saw you have one on the left of the pinetree bonsai. I have money tree bonsais as well as a hawaiian umbrella.
The price off 30 will fit good but the longer you keep it and the larger it grows the more it gains value. And for the adenium I think is called I know it by the name if desert rose is a great piece you migth not like it but if you search the web and YouTube you will see how awsome they can be if you search about them you can easily over te turn it into a great looking tree that actualy looks real and not what you have. I have a ficus bonsai but Im also starting an adenium by seed ...
it would basically be a wast of money to sell it, because its not a fully developed tree, its a pre bonsai. you wont be able to get much more then what u payed for the pot and tree. maybe a couple bucks.
also did you use regular soil or bonsai soil? bonsai soil is loose and fast draining, regular soil will hold to much water and rot the roots. type in bonsai here on youtube, and you will find great advice on bonsai care
why the hell would you wanna sell it
