  • i would laugh if it fell off the stand and took off

  • @Jtinsley57R

That would have been spectacular! :D

  • brilliant!!!!!

  • They're making 100cuin XL series unit twins now?.... That engine sounded freakin awesome dude.... That bike seemed more like a hybrid flat track and drag bike.. You must have it dialed in really good because that engines response to throttle input was impressive.

  • @rainmechanic Thanks.

These engines have been on the market for at least 10 years I think. With S&S SA-cases you can build a sportster engine with 120" if you want to.

  • geeze, it revs like a top fuel. are you running pump gas, or something a little more powerful?

  • @ibuiltmineo1oo

It's just ported heads in the video, otherwise stock. Pump gas

  • Great bike !! What swing arm do you have on there ?

  • @110modified

It's made by Metmachex in UK

  • im looking at a sportster right now there nice lite cool bikes

  • 100 cu in??

  • @5T3V1L Yes. Its a S&S sportster engine. 4" square engine. 4" bore and stroke.

  • im in the market for one of those engines..how reliable is it?

  • I think its quite reliable. But change the stock valve springs. My stock spring lost seat pressure after 7000 km. I use CompCams springs now. 200 lbs seat pressure

  • awesome!!!!!!!

  • that is just fucking awesome man, id love to do that to mine, it looks like you have lengthend the rear too and the wide tyre is just so groovy. i really dig it.

  • how much u want for it?

  • Sorry

    Not for sale

  • Its good to see people making a Sporty into what it was designed for. With the XR, I see the factory finally going in that direction. They want a piece of the action of the Jap bikes action. They should have your bike as a factory custom bro. You really did a marvelous job. I see all these builders on TV making these silly machines.

You wonder if these guys actually ride. When I see forward controls it says to me that you dont want the bike to perform in the turns. How can you all prone

  • That is what I wanted when I fist got my bike, it was all about "it looks like a Harley" If you are into customizing and making the best chopper you might never be happy. I got really into riding and I soon discovered the Sportster is where its at for the kind of riding I like to do. I like aggressive riding, but still being able to chill out sometime on my Hwy pegs. The sporty is, such a versatile machine. When you wanna cruise its a cruiser, but when you wanna lay into it, she's ready.

  • Id like to see more bike like this. Harley hot rods. That can keep up with a crotch rocket. I had a chopper, and it was awesome to drive around NYC and look cool, now I have a sportster. When I got it I was gonna chop her up. The guy I got it from gave me great advice, he said "leave her stock and learn how the bike was engineered. You see so many guy here that clearly cant ride, yet wrench these silly machines. Good work man, That is a real motorcycle.

  • Yes I agree. Many sporster owners just want their sporsters to look like the bigtwin model they couldnt afford. Forward contols and such things. Thats a pity. Sportsters are much more rewarding to modify toward the opposite direction. To be more of a sportbike, caferacer or a streettracker. Towards the heritage of the sportster.

  • @kvadrupel I agree, my Sporty came with forwards, crash bars, wind shield, but I dumped all that, and it's a pretty quick street burner with all my engine mods now. I couldn't ride twistys with those ridiculous forward controls, it just screws up your control cornering.

  • Cool, you have the right idea. With all these chopper shows, so many people think that everything needs to be a chopper. Id like to see more Harley based sport bikes. Your bike looks cool, and is really mean. That is a real motorcycle. Im so sick of people making these ridiculous machines that

  • what did you do withthe tranny so it can take all that extra power? new clutch?

How much heavier is the bike now.? thanks

    very cool

  • I use a Baker Six Speed with billet trap door. But OEM five speed will work if you use a billet trap door. The clutch is a Bandit Superclutch with 4 springs and lightweight shell.

The bike weights 210 kg ready to ride with fuel and oil. I have reduced the weight by about 30 kg. The stock 1993 1200 xlh had a weight of 240 kg

  • how can you put a 1600cc on a sporty

  • It's a S&S 100" Sportster engine. Fits right in.

  • who makes that swingarm?

  • Metmachex in UK
