  • you gon snap yo shit up mane

  • poor weight

  • strong guy...ill keave the form alone on this one before i get my head torn off from all directions lmao

  • This December 6 it will have been 5 years since this was done. I now yoke over 900 lbs, deadlift over 600 lbs and farmer's walk 350 lbs per hand(700 lbs) for 50 ft. No back problems! In fact I've got back cleavage with rows of muscle. My backs doing better than ever. I'm 42 and foresee my best numbers and times still ;)

  • @PRUSSA lol this is probably a joke for you now

    Big ups man

  • only pussies train at bally's

  • Don't you just love these little gameboy nobodies that always say shit like, "Bad form", "You'll wreck your back", etc., to someone who's just mandhandled a 500# DL? Okay, not everyone can hoist 900#, but a 500# DL is much like a 300# bench -- it's a benchmark that your diehard lifters want to achieve. It takes work, effort, and perseverance. Oh, and I've yet to meet a single lifter (and I've been hitting iron for over 45 years) that "wrecked" his back doing DL's. Keep lifting, bro!!

  • @Dayga I did. I fucked up my disc on deads. 3 years ago I was doing singles with 750. Felt pretty good even two hrs after I got home. When I woke up next day I coudln't even stand up. I was crowling to the bathroom like a toddler. Since than I'm having pain in low back area on daily basis. Every morning I'm looking like letter S. Got to take hot shower before I do anything else. As long as I'm not keep compresing my low back I can do anything.

  • @m5p944 Bummer, bro -- sorry to hear you got wrecked. Still, I'm impressed as hell that you were pulling 750#. Hang tough!

  • @Dayga I'm originaly from Belarus. I did compete in Olympic in 1996(weightlifting). 4th place. I was just 21 years old. My best deadlift was 820 (110kg /242pounds) but we're(as oly weightlifters) using wider grip than powerlifters. Close to snatch grip position. I'm 6'5" 305pouns so I got to pull very fast right from the begining. If I can bring it over my knees I'm fine. At this point I'm just affraid to max out again. Triples even doubles are OK.

  • @m5p944 I'm 59, and have been lifting since I was a teenager, wanting to bulk up a bit for wrestling, boxing... and of course to look good for the ladies. As it turned out, I stayed with it all my life, and although I'm not a large man (6-0, 200#), I've always strived to improve my overall strength and fitness. It must me quite satisfying knowing you competed at the international level as an Olympian. What a superb accomplishment! It's good to know you are still a warrior!

  • youre gonna wreck your back eventually...may not be now, but itll happen.

  • Ouch round back

  • Zero back problems but a huge powerful back that cranks 500 lbs. for 10 reps know. I punish guys with great form all over the world!

  • good job but form was kinda bad.

  • and he walked with the weight after! haha nice job man!

  • I walk and scream with 500 lbs in my hands.

  • Impressive: no belt, your age

Not: 500 pound DL ESP for your weight

  • 6'1"

  • Grammar(oops! Lol)

  • wow he doesn't even use straps! fucken strong motherfucker

  • Go cougs!

  • hahaha the yell at the end was deserved good job

  • you forgot to say buddy after yeah, lol

  • halfhott: I'm big but not as dumb as you because I have a decent understanding of English grammar. Change your handle to: halfass, halfthere or halfabrain.

  • what big strong dumb bastard

  • wow...lol im 19 and if i did 500 pounds even twice without a belt id feel that for at least a month....haha thats toughness right there

  • 41 years young! lol

  • STRONG ASS BACK! How old are you man?

  • Great lift.

  • fuckin nice broasaurus

  • LOL at the end HAHAHAHAA the walk! haha

  • Is it just me, or does this guy tend to lean to his right when lifting?

  • @Elreypachuco thats because of the angle of the camera.

  • im in highschool and weigh 215

    i did this once

  • @Mixtape406 no you didn't

  • @Elmeromero1 uh yea i did next time we max out in the weight room im a record it

  • @Mixtape406 Alright, I won't doubt.

  • @Elmeromero1 i only can do one rep

  • @Mixtape406 regardless..

  • @Mixtape406

my junior year i did 635 for the school record, though it was on a dimond bar

  • @brysonl51 thats good. the heavy weight record at my school was 490 and i did 500 on a diamond bar earlier this year when i was a sophmore.im a jr now and im tryin to do more to secure the record

  • @Mixtape406

i can actually do more with the straight bar but i keep both hads over the bar. i dont like them doin diff directions. work hard and eat good and you'll get there

  • ima get this- i did 1 rep with 500 pounds, but i barely do squtes, still good job, how old are you? ima train this summer and get there

  • no grips no belt, just being badass

  • Horrible form and grammer both show up in the darndest places don't they?

  • @PRUSSA

How long did it take you to get up to 500lb x6 reps? I deadlifted for the first time ever yesterday and got 500lb for 1 rep easily. I don't know if that's good though considering I weigh 345. I think I could get a lot more but I have a tendency to use my arms to pull the weight more instead of my legs and back like you are suppose to.

  • @PRUSSA its grammar not grammer you deadlift beast

  • horrible form, but I don't think he has worry about that. I am writing this for all the newbies

  • nice bro!

  • Great job!! finally someone letting the weight go dead inbetween reps. Thats how it is supposed to be done

  • Great. I have a horrible deadlift and could use some help with technique. I can Squat 7 plates for about 5 reps and bench 515 for one raw but my deadlift is only about 425, when I try to go higher its as if I am afraid that I will hurt my back but going heavy on everything else seems natural. I just don't know.

  • the end was the best hahaha

  • excellent, non of this touch and go crap, you actually stop and let out the tension in your muscles, that makes it a lot harder but is the proper way to do it. Unfortunately I had to stop at 500, hurt my back, but I should be getting back into it. By the way what do you squat?

  • i can do 350lb*6 and im a skinny bastard compared to this guy

  • your point is?

  • To do the very best I can! That's should be your point too Pal. Go to the gym and kick giant a**! Beat your best until you are right up there with the best! I should get 500 Lbs. for ten in July for the 1st time ever. That's my point. RUSSA

  • Amen to this!

  • That's inspiration right there.

  • strong with no straps..Impressive

  • Hes not breathing Properly!! Breath in breath out..

  • lol you are a n00b, that's what they tould you at your pilates class? this is powerlifting son.

  • dont stop me he says as he runs out of the gym with 500 in his hands, LMFAO, awsome!

  • Chingao!

    I can't even lift 300 lbs yet

  • he seems pretty upset about his performance....

  • LOL @ the end as he still carried the barbell, gj man

  • fuckin beast mode omg good vid striht up

  • that a boy

  • nice job man

    ur a monster

  • Make sure the next time you lift, pull and blast that you do it in ABSOLUTE FORCE GEAR. It's the mark of Strongman.

    Hoodies

    T's

    Tanks

    Beenies

  • I love that shit! its sick nasty!

I like the way you walked with it after the last rep.

    You "owned" it!

  • Thanks for the lecture, I never knew...

    Great video,

  • No one cares

  • Dude that's fuckin' awesome. No belt = Man Strength. YEAAAAHHHHH BUDDDDDDDY.

  • Thanks BRO!

  • The overhand-underhand grip always makes me think about the bicep just tearing right off at the tendon on the underhand arm.. ugh.

    Great lift though.

  • When you walk with it at the end, that's the most impressive part... nice.

  • pointman shut up

  • Cool stuff, I know how hard it is, I am working on a 500 lbs x 1, and just that alone is hard for me.

  • Pointman127: nail it then keep going! Lots of great people in the IRON GAME.

    Regards RUSSA

  • we can lift £2000 lbs with one finger in uk man

  • Incredible!!! COMPLETE UNLOADING OF THE WEIGHT. VERY FEW DO THIS THEY (BOUNCE THE WEIGHT) BEST FORM I'VE SEEN.

  • thats fucking insane, good lift man.

  • Watch the way you "yank" the bar at the beginning of the lift. It's very rough on ur elbows

  • Thanks for watching out for me(Really) you're right! I'll be more careful.

  • nicely done

  • Thanks! You are very kind!

Today my pal and I both got 550LBS!

Hoping for 600-700 by years end!

  • Nice lifting, I like the victory walk.

  • lol same

  • good job bro!

  • Strong lift man, impressive to watch that kind of strength.

  • You are very nice/kind. GO USA!

  • with the deadlift reversing of the hands must be done to keep the bar from sliping out. cheers

  • Holy shit that's alot of weight your lifting there! But why do you have your right hand turned around?

  • Thanks bro! I'm working on form and load!

    PRUSSA!!

  • great pulls ... fully deloading the bar too ..not bouncing it like some other people

  • That was 495. Tight work dude.

  • There are two small 2.5 chips on either side....it's 500lbs alright. Thanks 4 the props! PRUSSA

  • awesome bro
