Your main point is she didn't know what the Bush Doctrine is/was? First...there is no Bush Doctrine published and called as such from the Bush administration. It was something coined by the media and not refered to as such by the Bush adminstration. Chales Gibbson should have asked her what she thought of Bush's National Security policy.
