Love the video! This is a new and easy way to make red curry chicken. Just wanted to add that if you can't find rice noodles - you can always use angel hair pasta / spaghetti. I've had to substitue that many times with this when I didn't have any rice noodles handy. Tastes just about the same and easier to find! also, if you soak the rice noodles in water first for 15 -20 minutes then dorp in the hot water - it doesn't stick together and saves on time. Thanks for the recipe!

Hey babe, Add olive oil to you noodles - Guaranteed no stick. Also the Philly cream that you use. No No, Too fatty. Dig this - Do it like the old schoolers did get the coconut CREAM not MILK and then add in a lil cornstarch mixed with water and you get the same creamy results. And tastes better. That's how Thai's do it. Give it a try. But still your video is tha bomb, I like it. Plus your'e a nice teacher compared to some iv'e seen on Youtube. You go girl : ) (Each one teach one) Put up more.
@mikeygeneral Hey Mikey, Thanks for the feedback! Very much appreciated. First time doing something like this, so it's always great to get positive comments. I typically do use Coconut Creme & other ingredients in my curry - But this video was made specifially for a Philadelphia Cooking Creme recipe contest =) I had to modify my recipe to show that you can use the Cooking Creme in place of other ingredients. It tastes delicious - Try it some time.
loved it! thank you!!
