If she genuinely believes people are nice she won't attract violence or murder into her reality; unless she wants to show herself an example of murder but then she won't be scared or freak out she would accept that murder as her own creation.

But I also understand Bashar's point about having attracted that scenario.
So we should attempt to be the vibration of what we want to attract, and even if we have negative experiences we should think that the experience still serves us in some way.
But even if I understand that with my analytical mind, I would still have an emotional reaction to a painful experience.
The vibration you are will be the reality you experience. If everything is there for a reason it must be there for a positive reason. If you approach it that way, then that is what you will extract.
An emotion, is a reaction to a belief, let the emotion serve you to tell you the belief.
And that proves Bashar's point, in that you have decided this ahead of time and projected it into your future, just in case someone gets shot in the head. "I would still have an emotional reaction"
