The first one is spider web eyes ( pretty much like having black spider webs on your eyes and cheeks) and the second one is: Teardrop eyes (you know where you have like black teardrops running from your eyes all the way down to your jaw with some other eye and lips makeup). @Paralyzer Yeah, I had the same problem as well, but then I noticed Klaire accidentally posted the link twice right behind one another (turning it into one super long broken link). It's not that hard to find the correct bit (start from the end of the link and then go back), when you do just copy it and paste it in a new window. That did the trick for me. Good luck! :-)
