Most of Pakistanis are net savvy, great achievement by any standards. But only few people are educated class, which can be made out from comments in Youtube (couldnt read most of them as they are in Urdu), as almost all comments are from SCAVENGERS from Pakistan. Naturally they are not well informed. Because of their ability to use NET, after 3-4 generations Pakistan will have a great future, when they are able to differential between facts and just crap conspiracy theories.
