People only go crazy over names like this because they understand the meaning of a name like "Seven". But lots of names have pretty trivial meanings. Peter, for instance, means "rock." Would you name your kid Rock? How about Solid (Ethan)? Or Man (Andrew)? Desire-helmet (William)? Supplanter (Jacob/James)? Tiler of roofs (Tyler)? Broom hill (Brandon)? Connor (dog lover)?

In the 90's, living in L.A., my friend had a pure bred German shepherd named "Cevin" (pronounced like the number). When my friend got into SAG, he went with it as a stage name, and started introducing himself at the club he worked at as Cevin. Few years later, a Seinfeld episode was dedicated to a musician who played regularly at the club. Must have known someone pretty high up at Seinfeld to have an episode dedicated to him. Always wondered if that might have been the connection
