I learnt to use a combine on two old allis machines 30 years ago, we then had the luxury of a class matador untill the drum and concave fell apart in some stoney grond that we could't roll as it was too wet, we now have a class lexion with a 30foot cut and it is an awsome machine, but it dosent need any of the skills you needed for the old allis.
