Queen songs were so technical and complex sometimes, not going for the normal chords... very rarely did they think about how they'd come across live... but Freddie always made subtle or big changes to the notes to conserve his voice for the whole gig, and subsequent gigs that followed.

Freddie was a genuis of a musician, this quality is sometimes overlooked for his extravagance and live performances. He had it all.... fuck the nodules.

He's always singing Queen songs so... Anyway, Tom smokes. And you know that smoking damages your voices and breathing... he should stop.

@u2v3e Exactly. Smoking is the worst thing a singer could possibly do. In fact, smoking and nodules are the reasons why Freddie's voice sounds so rough in Wembley '86. It can't be compared with the sound it had back in 1973-1975.

@klarissa814 I was raised on heavy metal. I love metal and still remains my favourite genre of music, however, i do like other sorts and although 'Keane' doesn't appeal to me, i can see talent. He's an incredible singer and from what i've heard, the band are very good at what they do.

So don't get me wrong, i can appreciate what they do, it's just not really for me.

This happens to be one of my top 5 youtube videos. I absolutely love this cover, i'd listen to Tom singing Queen all day. Unbelievable singer, 2nd best of all time in MY opinion to Freddie, nothing better than hearing Tom does his own take on Freddie's songs, Under Pressure was unbelievable too. And yes I cant wait for the album too
