@TheOnewize1 Just to add to this, they just released a report where they have been tracking 550 MJ smokers for 20 years. Most were heavy smokers of at least 2 joints a day, some were only like 2 joints a week, but the results showed no type of lung cancer or any other damage to the lungs. This was 20 years worth a research and data. 20 years of heavy smoking and not any damage to the lungs with pot but with cigarettes you would have serious problems.

@briantotse3 No there was no harm in what I found during the inspection process with the house previously being used as a grow house, so there is no need to report anything to anyone. I've come across grow houses several other times during Atlanta home inspections and never reported anything, since I am only there to perform a home inspection and not to police the neighborhood. I get to see all kinds of crazy stuff during home inspections, so it makes my job very interesting.
