@InXCtinC No, I don't think 45 minutes is enough for any airport, even with the highly efficient HK airport. Technically, it's possible; I definitely don't want to gamble with missing a connecting flight.
@InXCtinC I would advise to arrange a seat closer to the exit before landing; you practically have to run because I always find Canada / US bound flights at the far end of the terminals. Signs are clear at the airport and there are always people around to answer questions. You'll also have to go through security again. Ask the flight attendances for more tip. Good luck!
@TheAusraelian for layover, you don't need to exit the restricted area and no need to go through security again. (For U.S., you need to go through security again; I'm not aware that Australia has that requirement.)
@shmuck50 i would say no, especially if you are travel to U.S. -- your terminals will be at the far end (plenty of walking). They put the terminal at the far end is because the section that off, so you will go through another security line. With that says, going through security is a much more pleasant experience than at a U.S. airport. Lines are definitely shorter too.
@Lykkedimsen You don't have to, you can take either one. The underground train is definitely helpful, though. When we got out of our plane, we were on the other side of the airport from our next gate. If we didn't take the train, it would probably add 15 minutes or so to walk from where we were.
i was going to india but i had to stay in hong kong airport and it was amazing. i love how you can see the city. hopefully when i get older ill get to visit hong kong. =)
july-13th to 24th i am sooooooooo excited becuz i get to see her and we're gonna brag to one of our guy friends grady aabout seeing the harry potter premiere 12 hours before him ahaha!
That is the new airport. One of the obvious sign is the number of shops shown and the terminal itself resamples an airplane. And the shot from the top, you'll see mountain on the side, not skylines.
MNL-MANILA (MML stands for MyMiniLife, An online game where it is a Community of friends adn build houses and earn money, But i was trying to say MNL, SRRY)
@KiraYamato636 The most likely people to fly into Hong Kong would be from mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, or the West - using Chinese, Japanese, and English covers most of the bases (other westerners going to Hong Kong will most likely be businessmen who are likely to know English)
45 minutes of transit time enough? from vancouver to hk with 45 minutes of transit time to gate for Hanoi.
