@ZanQdo Sure thing! It's not finished yet, but I've updated the video description with the link to the blogspot page where you can follow this project.
@thekingofthevikings Sorry for that. I don't know the name of the figure, but he chooses certain number of points beforehand. On aftereffects (for example) you pick the tool and start rotoscoping and creating nodes on the fly. I don't know hotw to put it, I know it's confusing what I say.
@marscaleb See the kid in the background? He's watching TV. We couldn't film the tv actually on because interlacing and refresh rate problems make TVs look stupid. I'm sure you're familiar with the problem - diagonal lines running down the screen and other strange artifacts.
Anyway, I'm masking her face (and hand) out so I can add footage to the screen later.

Very nice...And time consuming I'm sure. What music are you playing in the background?

@vivalaskeek Thanks, the song is "Shifty" by Mekanikles.

You have to choose the number of nodes on the mask beforehand right?

@MaghoxFr Nodes on the Mask? Not sure what you mean buddy...

@MaghoxFr That's ok, I suspected it was an AE reference. Yeah, you'll want to pick the number of control points before you start rotoscoping.

Hmm... I am very interested, but where are you going with this?

@thekingofthevikings I see now. Wow, that's a lot of time and effort for such a small and forgettable shot.
I made a video with an added screen for a TV, but I made sure no one ever walked in front of it.

@thekingofthevikings Hah, that's awesome. In other words, you filmed a kid staring at a blank tv.
As a related question, mind telling what project you're working on? TV show, commercial, personal project etc?
