i got it i didnt have card 5 now im on the part where i have to destroy metal gear but i have no idea how to get there :/

Asuming you've passed the torture... You need to get back to the Communication's Tower, Grab the rope, Get to the roof, Get to Tower B, Go to the bottom of Tower B, Climb up to the top, Beat the Hind D, Use the Elevator in Tower B, Go outside and fight Sniper Wolf, Find the building in the snowfield that leads to the Blast Furnace, Use the elevators to get to Raven, Kill him, Survive the room after that, Then enter Rex's Lair.

oooh ok hey by the way where is the sniper rifle  that i need to save her. I looked in the armory and nothing...

If you can't find the Sniper than there may be two reasons:

Reason 1: You haven't looked in B2 of the armory. The Sniper Rifle should be in the Upper Left Coner Room. You need Card5, I beleive, to open it.

Reason 2: You're playing Twin Snakes in which the Sniper Rifle is somewhere in the Nuclear Storage Building in B1 (the same floor with Psycho Mantis)

Are you calling in the place where at the top it says JAMMING? Because you cannot contact Meryl in those areas. Also YOU MUST save Baker before you can contact her.
