Sorry but Spooky couldn't be in the same war as Flipyp because there is proof in episodes (and Wikipedia) that Flippy fought in the Vietnam War becuase he used booby traps. Women weren't allowed to fight in the war until the 80's and the Vietnam War was before that...but still it's a cartoon and at leats she's not in love with Flippy.
