  • @TuRdSandwitch18 It works for the people who can stick to the rules, some people cant and find it too hard, the rules don't fail, the person does

  • I weighed 296 July 12 and on August 31 weighed 277.5. Almost 20 pounds down and NO dieting. I listen to his hypno dvd every 4-5 days for reinforcement. I've changed my eating and exercise habits. I will have 100 pounds off by next July 2010. I never, ever thought it would work...but it is!

  • my first 10 days on the plan, i lost 9.8lbs... its so simple to follow... i know, i know, the book says not to weigh yourself for the first 2 weeks, but i just couldnt help myself after my jeans got looser :D thanks paul!!

  • @discoveringme08 NOOOOOO !! weigh once a month .... you see better/larger results ! If you weigh yourself every 5 minutes... it shows NO improvements

  • @discoveringme08 dont mean to burst your bubble but intial weight loss is water weight. from then it is fat.

  • @gavinjamesaitken1 My bubble isn't burst. I said I lost 9.8lbs. I'm under no illusions, I know it was more than likely all water weight. My point was that the lbs (even if in "liquid form") came off easy with hardly any effort at all :)

  • this is probably the only sane (non) diet there is. all the tips are almost just common sense ways to deal with food and eating.(that people generally don't follow)

    the person that asks if it takes willpower to eat consciously and stop when you are full. only if you don't want to stop.

    it won't work for 3 out of 10people and i think those 3 just don't get it or have bigger underlying problems.

  • I pay 13.00 for the bok, I'm listening to the CD..is has been the cheaper "diet" so far..and it will work. Like he says is not a diet is reprograming your mind, more of us overweight people are addictive to food, he shows you how to separate the phisical from the emotional hunger. My drugs were cigarrettes,I quit and turn to a new addiction:food.

  • Actually no. In fact, I'm proof of it. I lost a ton of weight on this program by willpowering and conciously focusing on those rules. It doesn't work that way. Forcing yourself to follow the rules and "trying to follow them", is basically the same as dieting.

    You need to change yourself into someone who naturally follows them... hence the "don't need willpower", just need patience and time.

  • results are results his system is more successful than any diet fact

  • serch for EFT and take a look. maybe change your mind
