I have no idea whether Anthony is guilty or not, however I'm 100% certain there was no evidence to prove that she committed murder. They indicted her before the body was even found, they claimed she searched chloroform on the internet, then her mom sat on the witness stand and said she did that, there was simply no evidence to prove that Casey Anthony committed this murder. Police make up false charges and lies all the time.

Nevertheless, the prosecution couldn't prove that Anthony committed the murder so that's why she was found not guilty. That's the way the American legal system was originally intended, better a some guilty people are freed, as opposed to innocent people being found guilty.

I have no idea whether Anthony is guilty or not, however I'm 100% certain there was no evidence to prove that she committed murder. They indicted her before the body was even found, they claimed she searched chloroform on the internet, then her mom sat on the witness stand and said she did that, there was simply no evidence to prove that Casey Anthony committed this murder. @amandao2gould I think it's quite possible that she is guilty, her child was missing for a month before it was ever reported. I'd almost bet that she either killed the child, or she knows who did. Nevertheless, the prosecution couldn't prove that Anthony committed the murder so that's why she was found not guilty. That's the way the American legal system was originally intended, better a some guilty people are freed, as opposed to innocent people being found guilty.

@andyrooney12 poison of the mind? its another part of the picture. The bible isn't supposed to be used as a law textbook, it has to be used to answer the "why" questions. Science only answers the how. You need both parts to see the whole picture. Lol you sound more brainwashed and ignorant than most extremist Christians. And I strongly doubt you "like all people" or you wouldn't have have an such an extremely arrogant, narrow minded demeanor.

The Bible doesn't answer anything and it's troubling to think that most people in this country believe it is a factual book...these are the people that make up juries! Just grow up...just fucking grow up already. You can't be that stupid...you really can't believe in imaginary characters. You and the rest of the religious people are holding back progress.

We're holding back progress...Do you know how much humanity has developed over the last few decades? Not too long ago Jews were massacred like animals and women couldnt vote.

Christ-like characteristics have naturally developed in people as humanity evolves and adopts more enlightened ideas of how to treat one another. I would LOVE to know what kind of progress your talking about since i've already clarified that the bible has to be used in its context.

I'm done talking about religion & the Bible on here. If you're that interested in having a debate then I welcome it but this isn't the place for that. I only mentioned religion on here because this country is full of Christians and we have a judicial system in which we are judged by a jury of our peers. If I was ever accused of a crime I would cringe at the thought of the overwhelming possibility that the jurors believe in imaginary characters from an outdated fictional book.

You can't (shouldn't) indict someone for murder WITHOUT a body -- that is a very slippery slope. Unless they CONFESS, this should not be done, for billions of reasons.

Totally my bad. How dumb am I? (don't answer that :) I just began reading up on this case (..and watching the copious amounts of video -- I've never seen a case with more video.. The Scott Petersen case did not have nearly this much!)... Thanks for the 411... Peace..
