So, let's call the main character A.

A's parents decided to get a divorce, but A is going with the dad. A's mom doesn't want to let go of A, so she calls A's dad, but A's dad only gives her 1 day (A's birthday). So she takes him to the park, and pushes him 1 last time on the swing, and also celebrates his birthday. Throughout the video, A's mom is shown looking at an old video filmed during A's birthday, but she can't go back in time to change anything.

And finally, after A grows up, he revisits all the places that his mom took him before she was forced to leave (by the dad). He goes on the swing, he plays the piano, and he realizes that all he has right now are his treasured memories with his mom.

*correction from last post: A's mom calls A's dad to beg him to not take A away, but he only gives them 1 last day to be together..

but yeah, i hope this helps.. =) it's really sad, it also made me cry every time i watch this..
